What is the opportunity? In this role, you will be responsibility to develop BFS leader coaching effectiveness through reinforcement of consistent practice management routines in order to drive successful business outcomes. You will serve as a strategic advisor to the VP, Business Markets, helping to build and execute effective routines with Manager Business Markets. Also, you will act as a steward of National Office strategy in order to embed and sustain strategic initiatives, both regional and national, and serve as a feedback channel from the region back to National OfficeWhat will you do?

Participate in developing Practice Management Agenda items for leadership meetings
