Regional Director - Sales & Distribution for Forward Insurance Managers Ltd. required to travel regularly in British Columbia with most time in Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley.
Responsibilities
Accountable for managing, developing and expanding partnerships with current commercial brokerage partners.
Develop new relationships to grow business and expand distribution in BC.
Develop and achieve specific company objectives and goals.
Continuously improve understanding of the insurance market, staying up to date on industry trends and competitive intelligence.
Report to Managing Director and collaborate with other team members.
Promote and model company culture, values and brand promise.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Commercial Lines Insurance Industry.
