Supporting Commercial Banking Teams with Complex Transactions The Regional Director will draw on a deep understanding of commercial credit to provide coaching, mentoring and development of commercial banking staff with the goal of improving assessment and underwriting skills in the region. The position will have early and direct involvement with COI’s, prospects and customers in collaboration with account managers and analysts to support due diligence and effective deal execution with a focus on new opportunities to the Bank.

Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with relationship managers, analysts and origination teams in Ontario to evaluate larger and complex lending opportunities, assisting teams in structuring credit solutions that address both client needs and the Bank’s risk requirements, advocating applications for approval committees.
