About the Role

The Regional Customs Coordinator is part of a regional team responsible for improving customs processes, mitigating compliance and financial risks, increasing duty refunds, and supporting project management, customs operations, and audits for MX and US/CA teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Optimize customs and foreign trade processes.
2. Ensure compliance with regional requirements, including export control and non-dutiable regulations.
3. Manage customs-related projects and digitization initiatives.
4. Support internal and external customs audits and ensure adherence to internal control systems.
5. Develop and update customs processes and procedures.
