The West Regional Business Manager is responsible for developing the HCMAbusiness infrastructure and distribution channels with assigned dealers and for delivering the agreed business objectives for those dealers.
Responsibilities
Drive and support assigned dealers in the sales of all products
Take appropriate actions on concerns and issues from dealers
Coordinate customer activities
Monitor, follow‑up and report sub‑regional market dynamics and dealer sales performance
Work with Sales Support Admin to secure dealer competencies and motivate dealer in product sales
Communicate to the Director of Regional Business the possibilities and risks regarding discounts affecting price realization and market share in sub‑region
Work with Regional Service Managers to develop assigned dealers’ product support departments and to resolve technical issues
