Regional Business Administrator – Salesforce Service Cloud
Main responsibilities:
Salesforce Service Cloud administration: user setup, modification and deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, and sharing settings.
Maintain and enforce Salesforce security protocols and governance practices.
Own first-level technical support and manage defects in production and UAT.
Lead end-user training, materials, and user support for O2C processes.
Identify underutilized features and implement automation to improve efficiency.
Monitor adoption KPIs and drive continuous improvement based on user feedback.
Configure and maintain reports & dashboards based on business requirements.
Experience: Previous Salesforce administration experience and O2C process knowledge.
Soft skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong stakeholder management.
