As Recruitment Coordinator you will:
Serve as the first point of contact and company ambassador for telephone and walk-in clients, appointments, enquiries and messages, communicating with people from all walks of life in a warm, professional and respectful manner at all times.
Be a point of contact to coordinate candidate testing/assessments, and conduct initial prescreen interviews and reference checks.
Manage database information and input, planning, organization and accurate recording of incoming resumes, candidate information, updates, skills inventory, interviews, etc. on an ongoing basis within the database and filing system.
Provide strong administrative support to team members in the areas of word processing, candidate reply letters/emails, appointments, reports, photocopying, etc.
