+ Lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse hotel roles + Conduct interviews and work closely with hiring managers + Manage onboarding processes and prepare employee documentation + Maintain HR systems and employee data + Support HR activities, training, and employee welfare initiatives + Handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks in the HR department **What We're Looking For** + Experience in recruitment and/or administration (hospitality/service – big advantage) + Excellent interpersonal skills and strong service orientation + High-level English (spoken & written) + Proficiency in Microsoft Office + Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize + Full-time position availability
