We are looking for a Recruiting Junior Specialist to support the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordination
Identify and attract candidates for Customer Service and back-office roles
Schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and support background processes
Partner with hiring managers and HR to align on hiring needs
Maintain recruitment metrics and tracking reports
Ensure a consistent and efficient hiring process
Support continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition
Requirements
1 year of experience in recruiting
Experience sourcing candidates using different tools and methodologies
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
