We are looking for a Recruiter for a 1 year contract with high possibility of extension. Role is hybrid with 4 days a week on site in Downtown Toronto.
Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding process from end to end, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
Support Recruiters and Senior Recruiters with daily recruiting operations and ad hoc requests
Post and manage job requisitions for Senior Recruiters
Coordinate and track onboarding documentation, timelines, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records and candidate information within recruitment systems
Communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes and policies
Assist with reporting, tracking metrics, and recruitment administration as required
