About the Role

Reporting to the Lead, Recruitment, the Recruiter supports hiring initiatives across our coal operations. Candidate must have strong problem‑solving, interpersonal, and communication skills, be organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing confidential information with integrity. The role demands independent work as well as teamwork in a fast‑paced environment.

In This Role You Will

• Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
• Utilize the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure the highest quality of candidates are placed
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Hiring Managers and Human Resources
• Maintain computer‑based applicant tracking system and tools
• Assist with the nationwide Campus Recruitment Program at post‑secondary institutes across Canada
