The Recruiter is responsible for assisting with the full recruitment cycle for screening officers. It will be a requirement that they participate in a high-volume recruitment process. The Recruiter will be responsible for the administration of a multi-phase recruitment process which includes the attraction, sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing of candidates while maintaining accurate records and pipelines in the applicant tracking system.

Key Responsibilities:

Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.

Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.

Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
