**Key Responsibilities**
+ Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment support for medical sales and medical affairs roles. + Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and timelines. + Source candidates using LinkedIn and other tools. + Screen candidates and coordinate interviews. + Maintain accurate recruitment data within the ATS. + Build and manage talent pipelines. + Support recruitment reporting and activity tracking. + Ensure compliance with Polish labour legislation and internal processes.
