The Recruiter plays a key role in attracting qualified candidates, conducting thorough screening, and selecting the best talent for current and future organizational needs.


This role focuses on high-volume driver recruitment, data management, compliance tracking, and supporting HR initiatives across multiple terminals.

  •   Core Responsibilities Driver Recruitment & Selection · Ensure candidates meet company hiring criteria and operational requirements · Conduct behavioral-based interviews to assess candidate suitability · Ensure drivers receive required onboarding and training prior to assignment · Provide orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring understanding of company policies and procedures · Support driver retention efforts through early-stage follow-ups and feedback tracking · Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with recruitment agencies · Help with recruitment for internal emp...
