Qualification: Graduate (mandatory)

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist who can handle both IT and Non-IT hiring in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles

Manage bulk & lateral hiring requirements

Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals & referrals

Coordinate interviews & ensure timely closures

Work closely with hiring managers & stakeholders

Maintain recruitment trackers & ATS updates

Ensure strong candidate experience & employer branding

Requirements:

3–5 years recruitment experience

Exposure to IT & Non-IT hiring

Strong sourcing & screening skills

Excellent communication & stakeholder management
