  • will drive initiatives that nurture our company culture & create a charming journey for candidates,
  • will partner with C-level to successfully identify and strategize hiring needs for the LATAM market, 
  • will successfully map the market for commercial roles,
  • will effectively utilize HR tech stack of Insider to automate the recruitment processes, 
  • will take active role in the engagement, social responsibility and campus recruitment projects, 
  • will develop and support employer branding activities & help us exceed borders & march with the best talent out there,
  • will follow analytical approach to ensure the effectiveness of the hiring and retention strategies, 
  • will cooperate with the global hiring team and follow the trends to create HR best practices to stay up-to-date,
