The ideal candidate will have strong experience sourcing talent within industries such as oil & gas, construction, and industrial services, ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates aligned with project and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering, technical, and operations roles
• Source candidates for positions such as Mechanical Engineers, Design Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, and field workforce
• Handle bulk hiring for operations, including coating, blasting, fabrication, and site manpower
