In accordance with the established vision and values of the organization and as a member of a multidisciplinary team within a person and family centered model of care, the Recreation Therapist works to the established standards of professional practice to provide therapeutic recreation and leisure interventions that address the specific needs of clients/residents either one on one and/or in group settings.
