**Responsibilities**- Confirm receipt of subpoenas and follow up with the appropriate entities.
- Work across multiple platforms to conduct research and manage records.
- Ensure that all documentation complies with HIPAA and relevant regulations.
- Manage calendar and deadlines to prioritize urgent tasks.
- Process invoices related to record retrieval.
- Meet internal productivity and quality benchmarks.
**Qualifications**- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, administrative work, or call center.
- Experience in a legal, medical, or records-related setting is preferred.
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and using tools like Google Workspace.
