About This Opportunity

As a Receptionist, you will provide administrative tasks to a department or office. This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other duties.

Work Model: Onsite 5 days/week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start/End Dates: 3/16/2026 - 4/3/2026
Location: Mississauga, ON

Responsibilities
- Answer phones and direct calls
- Keep reception area clean and organized
- Handle general administrative tasks (filing, data entry, scheduling)
- Perform standard receptionist duties (greet visitors, provide assistance)

Qualifications
Years of experience: at least 1 year of experience in Receptionist/Admin role
Education: GED
