For one of our clients, a private bank based in Geneva, we are looking for a:

RECEPTIONIST

Job description

  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, correspondence, and general inquiries.
  • Support small supply and office management tasks (economat).
  • Uphold the bank’s image through impeccable service and presentation.

    • Required profile

  • Previous experience in a similar front-desk or hospitality role, ideally within a banking or luxury environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
  • Fluent in English (minimum C1 level); any additional language such as French, German, Russian, Italian, or Hebrew is a strong asset.
