Responsibilities:
Greeting and directing customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Answering and directing phone calls.
Sorting and distributing mail.
Managing and summarizing emails, mail, and office messages.
Providing administrative support to the team.
Caretaking of lobby area, receptionist desk, and kitchen.
Other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
One or more years of related experience working in a corporate environment.
Customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills, in-person and over the phone.
