Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to:)
+ Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner. + Managing the diary; booking in appointments and surgical procedures. + Answering a range of client questions via email and telephone. + Pro-active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly. + Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms etc. + Processing prescription requests. + Taking payments. + Promoting offers and services.
