We are looking for a well-presented, courteous, and service-driven Receptionist Agent to be the face of our hotel. As a key member of the Front Office team, you will ensure a smooth check-in/check-out experience, provide exceptional guest service, and help create memorable stays for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in and check-out process.
Handle reservations, room assignments, and cancellations using the hotel’s property management system.
Provide accurate information about hotel services, room features, and local attractions.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Process payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate billing records.
Liaise with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure guest satisfaction.
