**Tasks and Responsibilities**:1.Lead Management & Follow-Up - Organize and track leads, schedule follow-ups, and engage with potential buyers and sellers.2.Appointment Scheduling - Coordinate and schedule property showings, client meetings, and open houses.4.Listing & Marketing Support - Manage property listings, update MLS, and assist with marketing materials and social media postings.5.Contract & Document Preparation - Assist in drafting and organizing real estate contracts, lease agreements, and disclosures.6.Database Management - Maintain and update CRM and other real estate databases to ensure accurate client records.7.Administrative Support - Provide general administrative assistance, including data entry, research, and reporting.8.Do tenants Background checks and documentation collection.9.Other duties as assigned by the realtor**Qualifications and Skills**:- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
