What You’ll Do

• Engage and follow up with pre-qualified leads via phone, email, and CRM.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients in both English and Spanish.
• Guide buyers and sellers confidently through every step of the process.
• Use a consultative sales approach to negotiate and close deals.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to meet — and exceed — your targets.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2+ years of sales experience (real estate experience is a plus, but not required).
• Advanced English (C1+) — both spoken and written.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset.
• A positive attitude and a passion for learning and growth.
