Job Description :
Lead the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Governance, Risk, and Control Management Program, ensuring a strong and sustainable control environment across global operations.
Oversee the CRE Regulatory Compliance Program, ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and RBC enterprise risk standards.
Partner with First Line Business Controls (1B), Risk Management, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate operational and regulatory risks.
Develop, maintain, and enhance governance frameworks, risk and control libraries, policies, procedures, and monitoring mechanisms across CRE service lines.
