Roadmap the expansion plan of our real estate.
Secure a best-in-class portfolio of physical spaces.
Get the locations we want with the best deal.
Manage lease rights and tenant relations.
Hold the landlords accountable for the lease.
Maintain the relationship with each other and address business opportunities for scale.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Sr. Manager/Manager, Leasing has:
Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in retail real estate leasing, financial analysis, and lease negotiation.
