The Real Asset Data Analyst role is associated with the MSCI Real Assets Data team.
Your Key Responsibilities
Working as a part of growing team of real estate performance analysts who provide real estate property indexes, benchmarks, performance analysis reports, and custom/bespoke analysis to global real estate asset managers and asset owners.
Tracking and monitoring various news sources and third-party data providers for commercial real estate transactions.
Managing a portfolio or clients and/or funds.
Addressing client queries related to funds, analyzing and amending in accordance with data methodologies.
Providing bespoke analysis when requested by clients.
Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and local market teams.
Participating and delivering on the assigned projects as per milestone.
