Assist lead M&A advisory roles for buy‑side and sell‑side mandates of infrastructure assets involving valuation, marketing and deal execution.
Participate in complex project developments, financings, and transactions in energy, infrastructure and mining sectors.
Develop financial models, conduct data analysis, and prepare visual representations of data.
Conduct feasibility studies and financial/commercial analysis of projects and companies.
Participate in large‑scale procurements of infrastructure projects.
Take assignments involving post‑transaction monitoring and project tracking.
Write reports, procurement documents, and information memorandums.
Undertake market research and benchmarking exercises as directed.
Assist in developing business development opportunities for the real assets practice, including preparation of pitch decks, marketing materials, and proposals.
