About the Role

Ready Mix Drivers are responsible for the primary day‑to‑day delivery of Ready Mix Concrete to job sites within the Medicine Hat area, homeowner and industry clients. In this role you will manage customer relationships, provide friendly service, and ensure customers receive high‑level delivery and product from Amrize. This customer‑facing role requires a service‑oriented mindset and a highly professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment by performing daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and keeping equipment clean inside and out.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers in the assigned geography.
• Own the satisfaction of these customers and ensure consistent, reliable customer service through delivery.
