Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create recipes for new bakery items to expand the product range. - Enhance existing recipes to improve taste, quality, and consistency. - Research and implement innovative baking techniques and ingredients. - Ensure all recipes and products comply with food safety and quality standards. - Collaborate with production teams to scale recipes for mass production. - Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to drive product innovation.
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of experience in R&D within the bakery or F&B industry. - Strong knowledge of bakery ingredients, techniques, and processes. - Proven ability to develop recipes for new bakery products. - Attention to detail and a passion for quality and creativity. - Strong organizational and communication skills.
