Improve and optimize the transportation process (STR) for shipping prototypes to various test sites, both in the U.S. and internationally.
Collaborate with satellite teams to reduce shipping costs and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
Establish and manage the appropriate customs regimes for prototypes, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure compliance and smooth cross-border movements.
