Skills and Competencies

• Ten to fifteen years of relevant experience with complex financial instruments and/or accounting principles
• Well-developed analytical skills with the ability to assess complex credits at the individual, industry, and country levels
• Proven track record managing and developing high-performing analytical teams
• Strong written and oral communication capabilities in English and Spanish
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities within deadlines
