Oversee the interdisciplinary team to ensure the completion of both MDS/RAPs and care planning development
Provide leadership for education in interRAI LTCF and software training to the interdisciplinary team members which include nursing, social worker services, recreation/restorative, therapist, dietary, physician and pharmacy
