This role is essential for managing the Viewpoint assessor roster and developing strong relationships with assessors.

Responsibilities

• Managing the assessor roster and recruiting new assessors
• Oversee communication with assessors including feedback, addressing concerns, providing guidance and support
• Building and maintaining relationships with assessors
• Serve as the point of contact for assessors
• Handle assessor inquiries
• Maintaining current assessor profiles in the management system, including all regulatory document requirements
• Maintaining current assessment location profiles and contact information
• Coordinate availability to ensure adequate coverage for specialties, services and locations in demand, and release unused availability
