Provides glassblowing services required for continued operation in the Development and Production Departments; assists in providing maintenance and emergency repairs on production equipment.

Your Day to Day as a Junior Glassblower
Fabricates glass equipment for use in Development, Quality Control, Isotope Production and other users and customers.
Operates and uses torches, glassblowing lathes, annealing ovens and cut‑off machines.
Uses various gauges and instruments for dimensional checks.
Finalizes and prepares the glassware for transfer to other departments.
Ensures glass equipment is maintained in an operable state.
Installs, tests and commissions new and replacement equipment in production facilities.
Assists during emergency repair services for production equipment as required.
