Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, finance and other teams across Guardian.
Identify commercial risks, recommend risk strategies and maintain risk registers.
Ensure compliance of safety, legal and regulatory requirements.
Uphold all company policies, audit standards and internal controls.
Collaborate with the non trade procurement and projects teams to create bill of quantities, tender documentation and pricing schedules to evaluate supplier proposals.
Assess contract variations, change orders, claims and ensure alignment with contract terms.
Building nurtuting strong, collaborative relationship with contractors, at senior levels of their business to foster long term partnerships.
