The Quantity Surveyor will be involved working on projects associated with Stormwater & Drainage, Flood Alleviation, Wastewater Networks and Water distribution networks Pumping Station Recycling Plant. This will involve undertaking investigations, planning, designing, tendering, contract administration and construction supervising & monitoring. The role will be based in Abu Dhabi.
Key accountabilities for this position include but are not limited to:
• Technical Delivery Experience in all facets of quantity surveying including cost planning, quantity take-off, preparation of bills of quantities in estimating, tender and contract document production, report writing, claim evaluation/ negotiation, general post-contract administration, valuation of variations, agreement of new rates, Taking Over Certificates and Defects Liability.
