Responsibilities
Assist with the deployment of our QualityWorX suite of products
Support the development of custom gateways and data decoders.
Review and analyze SQL server and API logs to identify root cause
Analyze customer’s architecture and provide recommendations on data connection, data storage requirements and upgrade paths.
Configure data collection from plant floor systems.
Acts as a liaison between the software development team, project managers, and customer to communicate requirements, remove roadblocks and resolve open issues.
Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem diagnosis.
