**Role Description**
Quality Technical Team Leader shall be responsible for planning, organizing and directing all Quality activities within the assigned process area. Lead and Direct the performance of the team to meet objectives (safety, quality, cost, delivery).
Partner with the manufacturing counterpart to provide leadership & oversight of the entire process.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Ensure compliance to Goodyear quality standards, GQMTS & customer specifications. Develop, implement, enforce & audit work procedures which ensure quality products at an economical cost. Leader of process area for product quality that meets or exceeds customer requirements.
