General Summary

Provides advisement, oversight and ownership of quality assurance to ensure data and process integrity of the entire district. Through relationship development and influence, advises Operations Management (all positions reporting through Sr. Manager) on quality, compliance, and process direction in order to ensure the data integrity and optimal operational performance. Requires knowledge of specific internal operational processes, policies, and standards. Collaborates with Sr. Managers to review reporting integrity, determine root causes of operational inefficiencies, develop and assist management in implementation of corrective action plans and support compliance across the District(s).
