Understand daily warranty claim reports by participating in binning meetings and lead to resolution working with a cross functional team and support and maintain warranty analytics system.
Understand Daily End of Line (EOL) & Customer Acceptance Line (CAL) and First Time Through (FTT) inhibitors related to subsystem and drive containment and corrective action.
Ensure quality control management updates for subsystem are maintained and adjusted as a result of External / Internal Indicator. Manage Heat maps for the subsystem to ensure all critical Workstations are identified for improvement opportunities.
Conduct Control plan audits to ensure frequency, sampling to achieve Process capability on Key Critical Characteristics related to subsystem.
Own the Quality and the capability of the manufacturing processes within the Assembly department.
