In this key role, you will advise the Quality leadership team on vital initiatives and project frameworks. As a specialist, you will define the Quality Department master plan, ensuring alignment with operational goals. Your responsibilities will include monitoring KPIs and fostering employee engagement across the Quality organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on quality initiatives and strategic decisions
• Establish balanced scorecards and KPIs for success
• Lead monthly master plan reviews with the Quality Director
• Collaborate on governance frameworks across sites
• Ensure harmonization of quality processes
Requirements:
• At least 12 years of experience at Bombardier; 3 in management
• College diploma (DEC) required
