Design, define, and improve inspection methods, testing procedures, and acceptance/rejection criteria.
Develop and review quality assurance plans, sampling plans, and process control procedures.
Generate and manage AQP/PPAP documentation for new product approvals or engineering changes.
Act as a liaison between departments to guarantee product quality throughout the production chain.
Analyze rejects, non-conformities, and red-tag issues, generating improvement plans.
Participate in continuous improvement projects and risk analysis activities to prevent failures and optimize processes.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Industrial Engineering.
English proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
