Lead quality initiatives as the Quality Control Manager and ensure product excellence in aggregates. Focus on process documentation and improvement, while fostering strong collaborations across operations and sales teams.

In this full-time position, you will enhance quality assurance by managing documentation systems, tracking Key Performance Indicators, and implementing effective quality programs. You’ll work closely with Operations Managers and oversee a team, primarily driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with both customer and internal standards.
