The Quality Engineer is responsible for providing investigation and root cause analysis of product failures. Works closely with various Engineering functions (Reliability, Design, Manufacturing, etc) in a closed-loop, corrective-action process to improve product quality and reliability performance. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for working with cross-functional groups to coordinate strategies for meeting customer’s requirements in all quality areas that also serve AE’s business needs. • Failure Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, corrective and preventive action due customer (internal-external) complaints. • Define, design, develop and Implement SPC tools for assembly tools, manufacturing, and test fixtures. • Establish, implement, and maintain the quality management system. • Interact with Engineering and Operations to ensure an appropriate transfer of new products, PPAP. • Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing activities of receiving / ...
