Position Summary
Ensure that the manufactured parts (by welding and machining) meet the manufacturing and design criteria specified by engineering.
Ensure that the documents received by BGM and delivered to the client comply with the applicable standards and specifications, as well as the preparation of the required quality compliance documents.
Essential Responsibilities
Visual inspection of the general conditions of manufacturing when received at the plant.
Dimensional inspection of materials based on applicable drawings defined by engineering area (bases, stools, columns, heads, etc.).
Preparation and distribution of non-conforming product and rejection reports.
Control and disposition of accepted, non-conforming, and rejected materials after dimensional inspection.
