About This Opportunity

Lead quality initiatives at Wonderbrands as their Quality Continuous Improvement Manager. This essential role supports bakery operations, focusing on compliance and food safety excellence.
As a key figure in the bakery leadership team, you will coordinate quality efforts and ensure the highest food safety standards. Your role as HACCP Team Leader involves direct collaboration with multiple departments, enhancing operational efficiency and product safety. Candidates should possess over five years of experience in food QA and a deep understanding of GFSI and HACCP protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support bakery Quality professionals
• Develop, maintain, and verify HACCP plans
• Conduct daily inspections and internal audits
• Monitor allergen control systems for compliance
• Facilitate root cause analysis for corrective actions
Requirements:
• Postgraduate degree in Food Science or related area
• Minimum 5 years of QA experience in food industry
