The Quality Care Coordinator supports First Nations people and communities by providing culturally safe, relational guidance to navigate care concerns, gathering and elevating their stories across all health systems to improve quality care in ways that strengthen the whole health journey of individuals, families, and communities, while practicing self‑care, honoring distinctions among First Nations on Vancouver Island, and voicing concerns respectfully and thoughtfully.

Stz’uminus – Oyster Bay, situated within the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Stz'uminus First Nation – Onsite – Travel across the Vancouver Island Region is required.
